LightKnight Pro system is rechargeable, with it's own unique docking station, dismissing the need to constantly replace batteries.
It has 16 hours of constant illumination and can provide approximately double that time when on flashing. 
They are also fully waterproof and provide visibility in extreme weather conditions. 
Can be sewn onto a vest or even your long sleeve cotton shirts. 
The Velcro is avaliable for purchase and the pre-velcro'ed vests. 
NZTA compliant for worksites etc.
