Christmas in the Park
It’s not just Santa who needs to navigate around at Christmas.
As with our work for the ever-popular Sparks In the Park event, our efforts planning and completing traffic management for Christmas In the Park involved clear communication, a consistent focus and ‘above and beyond’ service from our large team.
We’ve successfully run the traffic management of this event for the last three years now. So we know the many intricacies required for such an undertaking.
Planning has to occur well in advance, and we invest considerable time in the months and weeks leading up to the concert. Road closures always entail providing notice well in advance. We make certain all timelines are strictly maintained to a project such as this.
We work closely with event organisers and the council, ensuring no stone is left unturned in the lead-up. We also work alongside local police, recommending the best positions they can take in order to keep traffic flowing.
Ensuring residents can get to their homes is another important consideration, and our communication needs to be clear and concise when providing instruction here.
With all our hard work for this project we hope Santa finds it appropriate to place Traffic R Us on the ‘nice’ list.
